RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal (14 days): if you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you indicate, receive the item, without giving any reason. To do so, email us at empiremvsic@gmail.com with your order number before the 14 days end (you may also use the EU model withdrawal form). We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Returning the item: send the item back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, in the condition you received it, with its packaging, certificates and tags. You may handle the item as you would in a shop to examine it; if it has been handled beyond that, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. The direct cost of returning the item is paid by you, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.

Refunds: we refund the full amount you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof of having sent it.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as engraved items (Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).

Damaged, defective or wrong items: please check your order when it arrives and contact us if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. All pieces, including custom pieces, are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code): we will repair or replace the item or, where that is not possible, reduce the price or refund you.

Exchanges: to exchange an item, return it as described above and place a new order for the piece you want.

 

POLITICA DI RESO E RIMBORSO

Diritto di recesso (14 giorni): se sei un consumatore, puoi recedere dall'acquisto entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu, o una persona da te indicata, ricevi l'articolo, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione. Per farlo, scrivici a empiremvsic@gmail.com indicando il numero d'ordine prima della scadenza dei 14 giorni (puoi anche usare il modulo tipo di recesso UE). Ti risponderemo con l'indirizzo di reso e le istruzioni.

Restituzione: rispedisci l'articolo entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione del recesso, nelle condizioni in cui l'hai ricevuto, con confezione, certificati ed etichette. Puoi maneggiare l'articolo come faresti in negozio per esaminarlo; in caso di utilizzo oltre questo limite, potremo trattenere dal rimborso la diminuzione di valore. Il costo diretto della restituzione è a tuo carico, salvo che l'articolo sia difettoso o non corrisponda all'ordine.

Rimborsi: rimborsiamo l'intero importo pagato, comprese le spese di consegna standard, entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della comunicazione di recesso, con lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato. Possiamo sospendere il rimborso fino al ricevimento dell'articolo o della prova della sua spedizione.

Esclusioni: il diritto di recesso non si applica ai pezzi su misura realizzati secondo le tue specifiche o chiaramente personalizzati, come gli articoli incisi (art. 59 del Codice del Consumo).

Articoli danneggiati, difettosi o errati: controlla l'ordine alla consegna e contattaci se un articolo è danneggiato, difettoso o diverso da quanto ordinato. Tutti i pezzi, compresi quelli su misura, sono coperti dalla garanzia legale di conformità di 2 anni dalla consegna (artt. 128 e seguenti del Codice del Consumo): ripareremo o sostituiremo l'articolo oppure, se non possibile, ridurremo il prezzo o ti rimborseremo.

Cambi: per cambiare un articolo, restituiscilo come indicato sopra ed effettua un nuovo ordine per il pezzo desiderato.
